Narita Bahra QC and John Carl Townsend are delighted to be invited as keynote speakers at the Criminal Bar Association Spring Conference on 28 May 2022. 

Following the success of multiple nationwide book launches of ‘A Practical Guide to Confiscation and Restraint, Narita and John are delighted to provide an update on developments in Confiscation.

Lord Justice Edis’ foreword describes the practitioner’s handbook as being of great value and advises 'Practitioners will do well to carry it with them and use it as their first port of call to guide them in the right direction.
